Founded in 2020 by Asheville natives Billy Adams and Edward Pritchett, Boundless Construction was born from a passion for quality craftsmanship and community development. We specialize in transforming houses that need a little TLC into stunning, move-in-ready homes. Our goal is to breathe new life into properties, contributing to the ongoing renaissance of Western North Carolina and supporting its vibrant neighborhoods.

Billy Adams
GENERAL CONTRACTOR
Billy Adams, a proud Asheville native, has always possessed a natural talent for carpentry and woodworking, which led him to AB Technical College, where he honed his skills and deepened his love for building. Recognized for his exceptional talent, Billy was offered a construction job by one of his professors upon graduation, sparking a lifelong dedication to the industry.
Billy’s journey into house flipping began as a heartfelt project to restore an inherited family home. Together with his business partner, Edward Pritchett, Billy has turned this passion into a thriving business. In 2022, Billy earned his General Contractor License, solidifying his expertise and commitment to excellence in every project. With over 23 years of experience, Billy continues to refine his skills, breathing new life into homes and creating beautiful, lasting transformations.

Edward Pritchett
Edward Pritchett, co-founder and CEO of Boundless Properties, LLC, brings many years of business expertise to our mission to invest meaningfully in the greater Asheville area. Seeking to expand his impact beyond insurance and finance, Edward partnered with Billy to rehabilitate a 100-year-old home in West Asheville. This venture became a catalyst for the creation of Boundless Properties in 2020. Together, Edward and Billy set out to revitalize the greater Asheville area, one home at a time. Edward’s strategic vision and leadership help us to create a lasting, positive impact on the WNC community.

OPERATIONS MANAGER
Sara Bailey, a lifelong Asheville native, brings her passion for homebuilding and her deep connection to the community to her role as Operations Manager at Boundless Construction. With a personal interest in house flipping, Sara has gained hands-on experience in revitalizing homes, complementing her professional work in construction and property management.
